Marvellous Maths!

Room 2 is an amazing class and I've really enjoyed the last two weeks being able to get to know them better.  Recently I have introduced iPads into our classroom Maths and Reading rotations and it is exciting to see the active learning that is happening.  The children are fully involved in the learning task, they're often seen helping each other solve math problems.  When using iPads during reading, the children have enjoyed the reading with option where the iPad reads a story to them and there are interactive pictures (the children move them).  Room 2 have also practised their spelling and handwriting on the iPads.
